stores and small independent grocers have all successfully taken advantage of our
incredible product lines.  To join our family of Wholesale customers, please follow the simple
application steps below.

Step 1:  Fill out a new Wholesale Customer Application.
To receive a New Wholesale Customer Application simply call our toll Free number, 1-800-338-8353, and
ask one of our marketing representitives to fax or mail the application to you.

Next, fill out the form entirely and fax the completed form to 1-800-972-0777.  You can also mail the form to:

Step 2:  Include a copy of your Business, Resale or General Excise Tax License.
Please fax or mail a copy of your Business, Resale or General Excise Tax License with your completed
application.

Important: We cannot approve your application without your Business, Resale or General Excise Tax
License.

Step 3: Products and Pricing.
A Product and Pricing Information Packet will be mailled to you after your completed New Wholesale
Application and Business, Resale or General Excise License are received and approved.

If you do not meet the requirements necessary to become a wholeasle customer, please order through our
website or call our mail order department toll free at 1-800-338-8353 from the USA and Canada.

Payment Options
Credit cards accepted by the Hawaii Coffee Company are Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, American
Express and Diners Club.  The Hawaii Coffee Company will also accept checks or bank wire transfers as
forms of payment.  Please note that all orders are sent prepaid.

For large wholesale accounts, please call to inquire about payment term options.

Shipping Information
Unless otherwise  specified, Domestic and International orders are shipped via UPS.

Our friendly Hawaii Coffee Company Wholesale Department is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 am
to 3:30 pm, Hawaii Standard Time (UTM Zone 10).  Extended Holiday hours in November and December
are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time.
